Educational Qualifications :

01 Executive Engineer (Electrical) – 1 (UR) Essential: a) BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with first class from a recognized University/Institution and b) with at least 10 years of relevant experience out of which at least 4 years of relevant experience as Assistant Executive Engineer in Pay Level 10 or its equivalent position OR 7 years as Assistant Engineer in Pay Level 7/8 or above. Relevant experience should be from CPWD/ State PWD, Centrally Funded Institutions or similar organized services/ PSU, Statutory or Autonomous Organizations/ Universities/reputed organization under Central/State Government. Desirable: a) Experience in National/ International construction management, practice including CPWD practices. b) Building Information Modelling and related Software, c) Knowledge of Auto CAD (Computer Aided Design) and Project management software or Computer literacy and experience of working with computer office applications.
02 Senior Technical Superintendent– 1 (UR) in Power & Controls, EE Dept. Essential: a) First Class ME/MTech in Power Electronics/Power Systems/Control/ Instrumentation with First class in BE/BTech and b) at least 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years of experience at postgraduate level in conducting experimental research. Desirable: a) Strong communication skills b) i) Experience in experimental research, ii) Experience in lab establishment iii) Proficiency in hardware experimentation related to power electronic converters iv) PCB design, v) Strong programming skills with proficiency in C/Python/LabVIEW, MATLAB and vi) Familiarity with application software like PSS/E, PSCAD, Power World Simulator, DigSilent, FPGA & DSP Programming, Network Programming
03 Junior Medical Officer – 1(UR) Essential: a) MBBS degree with at least 55% marks and b) at least 6 years of relevant experience OR at least 3 years of relevant experience after 2 years of PG specialization in any area. Note: a) Experience should be after completing internship, out of which a minimum of 3 years should be in an established Hospital/Health Center/ Dispensary attached to institutions of repute/Public Sector Units b) possess Permanent Registration Number and c) stay on campus mandatory. Desirable: Master or Diploma in OG/ Pediatrics/ Emergency Medicine/General Medicine.
04 Junior Psychological Counsellor – 1 (UR) Essential: a) Master’s Degree in Psychology with at least 55% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institution, and b) at least 2 years of relevant experience in counselling as a clinical psychologist in a medical/reputed academic institute /any other organization of repute in Pay Level 6 or equivalent, and c) stay on campus mandatory. Desirable: Experience in counselling young adults living in a residential campus of an academic institution of repute.
05 Junior Engineer (Civil) – 2 (UR-2) Essential: a) BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with first class from a recognized University/Institution, and b) at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience shall be in any state/central government organizations/private large construction firms of National and International repute.
 
06 Junior Engineer (Electrical) – 2 (UR-2) Essential: a) BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with first class from a recognized University/Institution, and b) at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience shall be in any state/central government organization/private large construction firms of National and International repute.
07 Technical Superintendent (TS) - 7

  07 (a) Biomedical Engineering – 1 (OBC) (Lien vacancy – Pl. refer ‘Note’ under Point no. 1) Essential: First Class BE/BTech in Biomedical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer science/Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience Desirable: a) Experience of software programming, operating knowledge of Linux, biomedical devices instrument operational experience.  
  07 (b) Chemical Engineering – 1 (EWS) Essential: First Class BE/BTech in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution with at least 3 years of relevant experience  
      Desirable: Experience of handling various high end research equipment like XRD, Raman spectroscopy, SAXS, HPLC, PIV etc.
  07 (c) (i) Civil Engineering -2 (UR-1; SC-1) Geotechnical Engineering Essential: First class ME/MTech in Geotechnical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience OR First-class BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.  
      Desirable: a)      Demonstrating experiments and preparation of Lab manuals for UG and PG level students b)      Ensuring maintenance of all the Geotechnical engineering labs c)      Tendering process of lab equipment’s & consumables for conducting the experiments. d)      Maintenance of the high-end equipment in Advanced Geotechnical Engineering Labs e)      Providing training to all the UG & PG students to handle the Geotechnical Engineering lab equipment.
  07(c)   Transportation Engineering  
  (ii)   Essential: First class ME/MTech in Transportation Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience OR First-class BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
        Desirable:  
a)      Should be able to handle both traffic engineering and pavement engineering labs b)      Demonstrating experiments and preparation of Lab manuals for UG and PG level students c)      Ensuring maintenance of all the Transportation engineering labs d)      Providing training to all the UG & PG students to handle the Transportation Engineering lab equipment.
07(d) Computer Centre -1 (EWS) Essential: First Class BE/BTech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with at least 3 years of web design/development experience  
07 (e) Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering – 1 (UR) Essential: a) First Class BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science & Engineering Discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience and certification in any one of LPIC-2/LPIC- 3/LFCS/LFCE/OCA/RHCE/GCUX/ CompTIA Linux is mandatory

07 (f) Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering – 1 (OBC) Essential: First Class BE/BTech in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/ Manufacturing /Aerospace/Mechatronics with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Desirable: a) Experience in operation of conventional and advanced machines, Thermal engineering labs, Fluid dynamics lab, Material testing, b) Familiarity with CAE Software, and/or c) Exposure to Tool room, Measuring instruments, Installation & commissioning of instruments.

  08 (c) (i) Electrical Engineering – 3 (UR-1; ST-1; EWS-1) Communications & Signal Processing: Essential: First Class BE/BTech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution with at least 1 year of relevant experience OR First-Class MSc in Electronics from a recognized University/Institution with at least 1 year of relevant experience OR First-Class Diploma in Communications/ Signal Processing from a recognized University/ Institution and knowledge of computer applications with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Desirable: Hands on experience with oscilloscopes, signal generators, waveform analyzer, programmable FPGAs, USRPs, and other communications and signal processing hardware.  
  8(c) (ii)   Power Electronics and Power Systems:  
      Essential:   First    Class    BE/BTech    in    Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with at least 1 year of relevant experience, OR First-Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Desirable: a) Proficiency in hardware experimentation related to power electronic converters b) PCB design, and c) Good communication skills.
 
    8(c) (iii)   Microelectronics & VLSI: Essential: First Class BE/BTech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with at least 1 year of relevant experience OR First Class MSc in Electronics from a recognized University/ Institution with at least 1 year of relevant experience OR First Class Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution and knowledge of Computer Applications with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Desirable: PCB board design, soldering & ESD, High- end chip characterization & instrument handling, Chip characterization knowledge, Scripting knowledge.  
08 (d) Physics – 3 (UR-2; OBC-1) Essential: First class in MSc (Physics) or First-class BE/BTech (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) with at least 1 year of subject-related technical experience and knowledge in Computer Applications. OR First-class in BSc (Physics as a subject) with at least 3 years of subject-related technical experience and knowledge in Computer Applications. Desirable: Experience in Clusters management and Linux and Windows installations, License management in clusters and workstations.  
09 Multi Skill Assistant Gr.I (Electrical)– 1(OBC) Essential: a) First Class ITI in Electrician Trade with wireman license and b) at least 5 years of experience (including 1 year Apprenticeship) in 33KV MRS or 11 KV substations, HT equipment, Domestic wiring & Industrial wiring.
